Layout examples

Flexibility and optimisation of spaces for a ratio of one person per 10 m2 depending on the type of layout chosen.

Choose your layout
  • The ground floor

The ground floor is designed as a living area, offering spaces for work and informal exchanges, as well as a section dedicated to restauration, which opens out onto a terrace in verdant surroundings.

  • The sculptural staircase

With its sculptural staircase, Well 22 creates a warm environment, conducive to meeting other employees and encouraging movement, thereby helping to combat sedentary lifestyles.

  • Connection with nature

The occupants can always reconnect with the natural world, thanks to the terraces on the ground floor and the roof, the private garden, the green wall in the main reception and Howald Forest, which is nearby.

  • Natural light

The supply of natural light is maximised, and artificial light is optimised to take into account the circadian rhythms of the tenants, starting with the reception hall.

  • Mobility

The basement car park has 83 parking spaces for cars, 25 secure spaces for bicycles, as well as charging stations for electric vehicles.

  • Exercise

Four showers are also available so that everyone can take advantage of a sports session - in the nearby forest, for example.

  • The restaurant

Well 22 will offer a healthy and varied range of food, adapted to the new trends in responsible eating, with an emphasis on wellbeing. The restaurant, which is open all day, will be the perfect place for meetings and friendly exchanges.

  • Pared -down, elegant architecture

Well 22's facade is clad with wood, that is charred according to the traditional Japanese Shou Sugi Ban method, which preserves the wood and is environment-friendly.
