A dedicated app will be available to all the building's users, in line with the latest trends, to facilitate users' daily lives and to effectively contribute to a better work-leisure time balance.

This app, which is compatible with companies' intranet, will also facilitate the smart management of parking spaces as well as the reservation of meeting rooms or a table in the restaurant, and other services, in line with occupants' requirements.

Mobility

Mobility has become a major challenge for companies in Luxembourg.

Having a real-time overview of the shared vehicle fleet, ensuring a parking space for visitors, providing access to electric vehicle charging stations, and monitoring vehicle charging are features that are integrated into the smart management of the building, to ensure your employees get their work done with greater comfort.

    • Each module has 1 handle to open the window, frame 1.35 m;
    • Facade clad with wood charred according to the traditional Japanese Shou Sugi Ban method, which preserves the wood and is environment friendly.
